Who it's for

A garage is not a driving school. Your system knows the difference.

Ramps, instructors, rental vehicles, storage slots – every business schedules different resources. Pick your field and see where custom software helps.

Marketplace enquiries become test drives.

Enquiries from car marketplaces, your website and the phone land in different inboxes. A shared inbox with test drive booking makes sure no prospect is left hanging.

What costs you time today

  • Leads from several marketplaces, nobody has the overview
  • Arranging test drives by callback
  • Maintaining stock twice: marketplace and website

What we build for it

  • Vehicle stock on your own website
  • Test drive booking with licence check
  • Lead inbox with ownership and follow-ups

Use cases

Six businesses, six bottlenecks. Here is the solution.

Typical scenarios from garages, driving schools, dealers and rental – with before and after, scope and cost range.

Independent garages

Appointments without the phone chain

Master garage · 5 ramps · 7 staff

Starting point: Around 40 calls a day are about appointments and whether the car is ready. In tyre season, planning breaks down.

Driving schools

Lessons without WhatsApp chaos

Driving school · 6 instructors · around 180 active students

Starting point: Each instructor plans in their own chat. Lessons cancelled at short notice stay empty, and open payments only surface before the test.

Car dealers

No lead left behind

Multi-brand dealer · around 120 vehicles in stock · 4 salespeople

Starting point: Enquiries come from three marketplaces, the website and by phone. Who is responsible often only becomes clear after days – by then the prospect has bought elsewhere.

Vehicle rental

Rentals with a documented handover

Van and trailer rental · 25 vehicles · 2 locations

Starting point: Availability is on a wall calendar, deposits are left in cash. In case of damage it is one word against another because photos are missing.

Tyres & detailing

Seasonal changeover without the constant phone

Tyre service · around 900 stored sets

Starting point: Twice a year everyone calls at once. Storage is kept in a list, and individual sets have to be searched for in the warehouse.

Used car traders

Buying and selling through your own site

Trader · around 40 vehicles · owner and one salesperson

Starting point: Sales happen almost exclusively through marketplaces. Purchase enquiries come by phone, without photos or details – most viewings aren't worth it.

Why the gap is so large

We develop with AI assistance and rely on proven building blocks for login, roles, uploads and notifications. You pay for your processes – not for someone reinventing the wheel.

Discuss your case

The scenarios are sample calculations for the stated business size, not client projects. Comparison figures are guide values for conventional agency development billed by effort; your fixed price is set after the prototype. Rental prices include hosting, maintenance and support.

Process

From bottleneck to a running system.

We start with one process – usually appointments – and expand as soon as it holds up in daily use.

Business check

We walk through a garage job, a test drive or a training course with you step by step. Where do people phone, type twice, chase? Free and without obligation.

01

Prototype in 7 days

You click through your system – with your services, your resources, your logo. Only then is the fixed price set.

02

Start with one process

We go live with online appointments or one group of instructors, connect your existing software and onboard the team. The rest follows.

03

Operation & expansion

Hosting in the EU, updates, support. App, payment or reporting are added when you need them.

Live in use

The same booking technology, already proven day to day

The booking engine our automotive systems build on runs at the OMED hair salon in Aachen: services with duration, free time slots, confirmation and customer area. Double bookings are ruled out at database level – for ramps just as for chairs.

Good to know

Industry software, booking subscription or your own system?

Not every business needs custom software. Here is how the three routes compare.

DMS, garage or driving school software

Strong at

Jobs, invoicing, manufacturer requirements, training records

Weak at

Everything the customer could do themselves

Costs

Licence per workstation or module

Data & code

With the provider

Fits when

you mainly invoice and document

Booking tool by subscription

Strong at

A quick start with standard appointments

Weak at

Ramps, vehicles and special cases

Costs

Monthly per calendar or staff member

Data & code

With the provider

Fits when

a simple calendar is enough

Our field

Your own system

Strong at

Exactly your processes and resources

Weak at

Things your industry software already does well – we don't rebuild those

Costs

One-off from €2,200, operation from €49/month

Data & code

Yours, hosted in the EU

Fits when

calls and coordination cost you time

Our recommendation

Keep your DMS or admin software for jobs and invoicing. We build the layer in front of it: everything customers and students can do themselves instead of calling. And if a standard calendar is enough for you, we will tell you so in the first call.

FAQ

Good questions. Clear answers.

Do we need an app from the app store?

Usually not. A web app for the home screen works on iPhone and Android, with push notifications and without store approval.

Can our DMS or garage software be connected?

If it offers an interface, yes. Otherwise we work with exports. We check exactly what is possible in the business check before the quote.

What does online booking for a garage cost?

From €2,200 one-off, with reminders, deposits and customer accounts from €3,900. Operation costs from €49 per month.

What does a student app cost?

As a web app from around €3,900, with booking for several instructors from around €6,400.

Can car marketplaces be connected?

Stock can be synced via interface or export, as far as the marketplace in question offers it. Enquiries from marketplaces land in the same inbox as those from your website.

How long does implementation take?

You get the clickable prototype after 7 days. Online appointments are ready in two to four weeks, an app in four to six weeks.

Where is the data stored?

In a database in the EU, encrypted, with roles and permissions. Licence uploads are deleted automatically after checking.

Do you also make vehicle videos?

Yes. For premium vehicles and launches we produce films and reels – we have worked for Audi, Volvo and NIO, among others.
