Contact form, funnel & pricing calculator
When you contact us via the funnel or the pricing calculator, we store your details (name, email, optionally phone, company, message, selected services, budget range and calculation) to process your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is stored in our own database on a server we operate with the hosting provider Fly.io and processed via a self-hosted n8n workflow: a notification to us and a confirmation email to you. We only store your IP address as a salted hash to protect against spam. If no contract results, we delete enquiries after 24 months at the latest.
Hosting
The website is served by Vercel Inc. When you open a page, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, requested page) to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We measure loading times with Vercel Speed Insights – without cookies and without recognising you.
Reach measurement
We count page views with our own measurement on our server – without cookies and without services such as Google Analytics. We store the requested page, source (e.g. search engine or campaign), device type and language. We do not store your IP address; visits are told apart by a short value that changes daily and cannot be traced back to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, we do not count.
Cookies & local storage
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only stores your choice from the cookie dialog (technically necessary, Sec. 25(2) TDDDG). Only if you allow “Statistics” do we remember a random session identifier plus source and campaign in session storage for the duration of your visit (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Sec. 25(1) TDDDG). You can change your choice at any time:
Appointment booking (Calendly)
We only load the booking calendar after you click. Data is then transferred to Calendly LLC (USA) (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Videos
Preview clips are hosted on our own server. Links to YouTube only open in a new tab when you click them.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection – a quick email to us is all it takes.
