What exactly does the starter offer cost?
€2,900 one-off as a fixed price for the scope described – or €269 per month to rent, with no down payment. If you buy, running operation from €49 per month is added; if you rent, it is included. All prices are final prices under § 19 UStG (no VAT charged).
What does the trial period mean when renting?
During the first 3 months you can cancel monthly. After that the rental runs for 12 months. Your data belongs to you, and you can buy the system later.
Can my guests pay online?
In the starter offer guests pay at pickup or handover. Online payment is part of Ordering System Pro from €4,900 – you can switch at any time.
Do I have to leave my platform?
No. Most businesses run both: the platform for new guests, their own system for everyone who comes back.
How much of my time does it take?
About three hours: the first call, a look at the prototype and a short briefing at launch.
What if I need more later?
The system grows with you: online payment, kitchen board, delivery zones, more languages or branches can be added at the prices of the price list.
